On the other hand, their villagers gather woods rather slowly, thus the development of the nation is going to take longer than in case of other civilizations. For example, the British Empire has a strong cavalry and economy, especially in the late game. Each civilization has different sets of units, abilities, benefits, and drawbacks. Choose to play as the Spanish and have more support from the mother country back in Europe. Play as the British and have a stellar economy or play as the French and easily ally with Native Americans. Furthermore, the expansion pack gives a few interesting additions to European civilizations like new mercenaries or new Home City content. Last but not least there is Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs which allows you to lead one of three Native American civilizations - including the Iroquois Confederacy and the Sioux Nation. The Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties allows you to take control over three unique Asian civilizations - Japan, China, or India - to expand your empire and fight for control in the Eastern world in the Asian Dynasties. The classic Age of Empires III gives you a well created RTS gameplay which requires from you both a tactical mind and ability to plan a few steps ahead.
